According to him, Turkey intends to normalize relations with Armenia.
“For this, there is a necessary will from both Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as from Armenia,” the minister emphasized.
Hakan Fidan noted that he discussed the TRIPP framework document with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. He added that the Turkish president was also informed about this document.
“The TRIPP framework document was published during the Armenian Foreign Minister’s visit to Washington. We had a two-hour discussion on this issue with my esteemed colleague, Jeyhun Bayramov.
