EU Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Chief Spokesperson Anita Hipper welcomed the release and transfer of four Armenian prisoners by Azerbaijan to Armenia on her X social media page.
"This is a major step forward in the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process. The EU will continue to support further positive steps between the two countries."
