The Turkish state-run Anadolu Agency reports that 90 percent of the work at the Alijan border crossing on Turkey’s border with Armenia has been completed.
Buildings for customs and other procedures are reportedly being constructed at the Alijan border crossing. At the same time, billboards are being installed to encourage visitors from Armenia to Turkey to explore Igdir and the surrounding region.
