Protests have been taking place in Tehran for several days amid the devaluation of the Iranian national currency, the rial. The dollar exchange rate, which has exceeded 140,000 tomans, and the growing pressure on businesspeople have led to continuous protests.
In an interview with Radar Armenia, orientalist Armen Petrosyan noted that the dynamics of the actions vary across days.
“At the moment, the protest actions are ongoing and have a tendency to continue,” emphasized Armen Petrosyan.
