US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that the United States has a three-phase plan for Venezuela and presented these points:
- Stabilization of the situation and prevention of chaos in the country.
- Economic recovery with the possibility of entry into Venezuela for American businesses.
- Transition of power, including amnesty for opposition forces.
At the same time, the White House noted that it is too early to talk about elections in Venezuela.
