“The Russian Federation mobilizes 43 thousand people per month, but this year the size of their army has stopped growing for the first time. We believe that the war may end in 2026. Otherwise, Putin will have to mobilize the people, and he does not want to do this, because he has problems with his society,” Zelensky said.
