Russia is preparing to attack government buildings in Kyiv. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this.
"The news about the attack on our part is false. Russia wants to disrupt progress in peace talks between Ukraine and the United States. The United States must respond adequately to Russia's threats.
The Russians have invented an obviously false story to justify the attacks on Kyiv and the refusal to take steps to stop the war. Now we must be cautious. The capital may be hit," Zelensky said.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced that Kyiv had launched an attack on the Russian president's state residence in Novgorod with drones.
