Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov commented on reports of a possible resumption of the Russian House's activities in Baku, noting that the decision to close it is final and has already been fully implemented.
Bayramov recalled that the Russian House operated in Azerbaijan without the necessary registration and committed numerous violations of local legislation. He also noted that the organization's leadership had been repeatedly informed about the need to comply with all regulations and eliminate violations.
