Secretary of the Ukrainian Security Council Rustem Umerov returned to Ukraine and reported to Zelensky on the results of negotiations with the United States in Miami.
As Zelensky noted, draft documents on security guarantees, reconstruction, and the main framework for ending the war are already ready.
“Today, the points have been finalized, consistent with ending the war and preventing a third Russian invasion. Each round of negotiations and meetings strengthens the security of Ukrainian interests,” Zelensky said after reports by Umerov and Gnatov.
