Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on his birthday.
“Ukraine expresses its deep gratitude to you and the people of Azerbaijan for the solidarity and practical support you have shown in the context of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation,” the letter says.
