The Russian cities of Rostov-on-Don and Oryol were attacked overnight by Ukrainian drones and missiles.
Monitoring groups reported strikes on the Oryol thermal power plant. According to residents, there were two missile strikes, one on the thermal power plant and the other on transformer equipment. Parts of the city were left without electricity.
There are also reports that the missile strike on Rostov-on-Don caused power outages in parts of the city.
