According to media reports, the tanker was the Valery Gorchakov.

He confirmed that a fire had broken out on a cargo ship in the port of Rostov. Two crew members were killed, and three others were injured. The governor did not specify which ship was involved, but the mayor of Rostov-on-Don had previously stated that the strike targeted tanks parked in the parking lot.
