"Members of Congress were told yesterday that war is inevitable, and this will be announced at dawn in the president's address to the nation," he said.

The article claimed that this could begin with cyberspace operations and satellite communications disruptions to deprive Caracas of the ability to use its air defense systems.
Today, the White House declared the Venezuelan leadership a foreign terrorist organization for "theft of assets, terrorism, drug trafficking, and human trafficking."
