The US administration has added Syria and Palestine to the list of countries under the travel ban.
The US administration has expanded travel restrictions to include five more countries, including Syria and Palestine, according to a White House statement.
According to the statement, the Donald Trump administration has taken a new step to expand entry restrictions for foreign nationals.
The comprehensive US travel ban will remain in effect for travelers arriving from 12 countries classified as “high-risk”: Afghanistan, Myanmar (Burma), Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.
