Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced that Armenia and Azerbaijan are close to signing a peace agreement.
The Turkish president also said that he hopes to take several symbolic steps in this direction starting next year.
“In addition to the dialogue with Azerbaijan, we are also moving forward with the process of normalizing relations with Armenia,” Erdogan said.
