Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Ashgabat.
The Russian President has arrived in the capital of Turkmenistan to participate in a forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality. Putin will also hold several bilateral meetings.
The forum is taking place at the Turkmenistan Congress Center. Before the start of the general session on the theme "Peace and Trust: Unity of Purpose for a Sustainable Future, Putin took part in a welcoming ceremony for the heads of participating delegations and a group photo.
