Aide to the President of the Russian Federation, Yuri Ushakov, considered it possible that over time, there will be no troops in Donbass. Still, there will be a guard and everything necessary to maintain order.
"That is, a ceasefire can only take place after the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops. And what will happen there after that, in my opinion, we can talk about it. Because there may be no troops there directly, neither Russian nor Ukrainian, yes, but there will be Rosgvardia, there will be police, there will be everything necessary to maintain order and organize life," Ushakov told Kommersant.
