NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has said that Putin is once again trying to build an empire, and without China’s support, Russia would no longer be able to wage this war. The NATO Secretary General called China the Kremlin’s “lifeline.”
He stressed that many underestimate the threat and mistakenly believe that time is on the West’s side. He also hinted at the risk of global conflict.
“We must be prepared for the scale of war that our grandfathers and great-grandfathers experienced,” Rutte said.
