Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov reported that a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is planned within the framework of the Ashgabat forum. On December 11-12, Ashgabat will host a "Forum dedicated to the International Day of Neutrality and the 30th Anniversary of Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality."
It should be noted that President Vahagn Khachaturyan will participate in the Ashgabat forum on behalf of Armenia.
During the visit, the President of the Republic is scheduled to meet with the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and foreign colleagues.
