Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the US peace plan contained 28 points, but Umerov presented 20, with controversial provisions for Ukraine removed.
“The 20-point plan includes the return of Ukrainian children abducted by Russia, as well as the exchange of all prisoners,” he said.
