Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced that during today's talks, he informed his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi about developments related to the peace agenda between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
He added that, in addition to bilateral cooperation, the ministers discussed expanding trilateral cooperation formats with several regional countries, encompassing both political and economic projects.
Jeyhun Bayramov noted that he and Araghchi discussed developments in the Middle East.
"It was emphasized once again that Azerbaijan and Iran support peace and stability in the region," he said.
He also noted that the bilateral political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Iran is actively continuing.
