We believe that Armenia has no reason not to accept Azerbaijan’s proposal. Our proposal remains valid. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated this at a joint press conference with Abbas Araghchi in Baku.
“The initiative to create a 3+3 format was presented by the President of Azerbaijan, and three meetings were held within the framework of this format. During the October 2024 meeting, it was proposed to hold the next meeting under the auspices of Azerbaijan. However, unfortunately, we did not reach such an agreement. The Armenian side did not agree to this. The current situation is different. The issue of organizing these meetings through other channels is already being discussed,” he said.
The minister noted that Azerbaijan is ready to host the meeting.
