An explosion has occurred in a high-rise building in Grozny City, the capital of Chechnya, after a Ukrainian drone hit it.
Russian social media outlets reported the incident. They posted photos showing the damaged multi-story office building of the Grozny City complex. According to the Astra Telegram channel, the building houses the Chechen Security Council, the counting chamber, and the election commission.
In particular, the photos show damaged glass on several floors of an entire section of the building.
