US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Fox News that Ukraine and Russia are currently literally fighting over 30-50 square kilometers of territory, which is 20% of the Donetsk region.

“They are currently fighting over approximately 30-50 square kilometers of territory and the remaining 20% of the DPR (under Ukrainian control).
