The main parameters of the plan for Ukraine were transferred to the Kremlin after the Geneva talks and will be discussed in Moscow next week, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
“The Kremlin will not disclose all the details of the possible parameters of the settlement of Ukraine. Everything will be discussed,” Peskov said.
He noted that the negotiations will determine who should recognize the territorial realities between Russia and Ukraine.
“Zelensky has a legitimacy problem and does not want to hold elections in Ukraine and preserve the constitution,” he added.
