Ukraine will not give up its territories in exchange for peace, Ukrainian presidential chief of staff Andriy Yermak said in an interview with The Atlantic.
“Today, no reasonable person will sign a document on the cession of territory. As long as Zelensky is president, no one should expect that we will cede territory.
He will not sign a document ceding territory. The Constitution prohibits this. No one can do this if they do not want to contradict the Constitution of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people,” he said.
Yermak noted that Ukraine is ready to discuss only where the line separating the territories controlled by the warring countries should pass.
