Bloomberg publishes a scandalous recording of a conversation between the Russian President's special representative and aide

Bloomberg, without citing a source, published telephone conversations between US presidential envoy Steve Witkoff and Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov on October 14, as well as between Russian presidential special representative Kirill Dmitriev and Yuri Ushakov on October 29.

According to Bloomberg, Dmitriev told Yuri Ushakov that he intended to convey the Russian version of the conflict resolution plan to the White House: “We will simply make this paper in the form of our position, and I will simply convey it unofficially, saying that everything is unofficial. And let them do it as theirs. But I think that they will not completely accept our version, but at least it will be as close as possible to it,” the media outlet writes, citing Dmitriev.

Ushakov expresses concern that the American side may not accept the Russian version, but then present it as jointly agreed: “That is exactly what I am afraid of.”

Dmitriev reassures him, promising that he will do everything unofficially and will repeat Ushakov’s instructions verbatim: “Whatever you say, I will say it word for word.”

Ushakov still doubts: “Then they can distort it… there is such a risk” and concludes: “Well, let’s see.”

Dmitriev remains convinced: “Let’s do it that way… and you can talk to Steve Witkoff about this paper later. We will do it carefully.”

Special representative of the Russian president, Kirill Dmitriev, denied the recording attributed to him, and stated that Bloomberg’s publication of the transcript of his conversation with Ushakov is a forgery. “The closer we get to peace, the more desperate the warmongers become,” he said.
