The United States made significant progress last week toward a peace agreement that includes both Ukraine and Russia in the negotiations, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote.
“There are several sensitive, but not intractable, issues that need to be resolved, and that will require continued negotiations between Ukraine, Russia, and the United States,” the spokeswoman said.
