This was reported by Axios, citing Andriy Yermak, the head of the Ukrainian presidential administration.
“US and Ukrainian officials have reached an agreement in principle on most of the plan, which has been significantly modified from the initial 28-point US proposal. However, according to Yermak, Zelensky wants to discuss the issue of territorial disputes,” the article says.
