The Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov announced that Armenia will not participate in the CSTO summit in Bishkek on November 27.
“Yerevan, however, is not against the adoption of the documents agreed at the summit,” he said, adding that Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to tradition, will hold a press conference.
