Next Thursday is the right time for Ukraine to agree to a draft peace treaty proposed by the United States, US President Donald Trump said.
He said that Ukraine is losing territory and Russian President Vladimir Putin does not want to continue the war.
The US president also said that the United States will soon impose powerful sanctions on Russia.
"No, no ... powerful sanctions ... They will come into effect very soon, and they are powerful, very strong," Trump said on Fox News Radio.
