Turkey will not give up on importing Russian natural gas despite US calls to halt purchases of the energy carrier, Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar said.
According to RIA, in the first 9 months of this year, Russia increased gas supplies to Turkey by 16%, bringing it to 16 billion cubic meters.
