Death toll from Russian strike in Ternopil rises to 26

Search and rescue operations continue in the Ukrainian city of Ternopil, which was hit by a Russian strike.

As of this morning, the number of dead and injured has not changed.

“The strike killed 26 people, including 3 children. 93 people were injured, including 18 children. 46 people were rescued,” the Ukrainian Interior Ministry said in a statement.
