13 killed in Israeli strike on Palestinian camp in Lebanon

The Israeli air force has struck the Ain el Hilwa Palestinian refugee camp in the southern Lebanese city of Sidon, despite a ceasefire agreement in place since November 2024.

According to the Lebanese state news agency NNA, the attack killed 13 people and wounded dozens.

The Israeli army claimed responsibility for the strike, saying the camp was being used as a training base for Hamas.
