The Ryazan oil refinery, which supplies fuel to the Moscow region and accounts for 5% of Russia’s refining, has been shut down again after being hit by Ukrainian drones.
Its central processing complex was shut down, paralyzing the refinery until the end of the month.
According to Reuters sources, the refinery was paralyzed entirely - not a single unit is operating. Similar shutdowns occurred in August and September.
This is the fifth oil refinery in Russia to be shut down in November due to drone attacks.
