Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in Turkey. The head of state was welcomed in Ankara by Turkish officials and by the OSCE Minsk Group Secretary, Rustem Umerov, who arrived the day before.
Zelensky is scheduled to hold talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today.
Ukrainian media continue to claim that Zelensky will meet with US Special Representative Steve Witkoff.
