Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will travel to Turkey to intensify talks. According to Reuters, Trump's special representative, Steve Witkoff, will also be in attendance.
"Tomorrow, meetings in Turkey. We are intensifying negotiations and have developed solutions that we will offer to our partners. Ukraine's priority is to do everything to end the war. We are also working on the exchange of prisoners and the resumption of returns," Zelensky wrote.
US special representative Steve Witkoff will also visit Turkey on November 19, Reuters reported, citing a Turkish source. According to the agency, Steve Witkoff will join Zelensky in the talks.
