Zelensky arrived in Paris to sign a new arms deal, calling it historic, to strengthen Ukraine’s combat aviation and air defense.
Reuters reports that it could culminate in a 10-year strategic aviation agreement. This could include the supply of Dassault Rafale multi-role combat aircraft, which will become part of Ukraine’s long-term plan to build a fleet of 250 combat aircraft.
