Poland opened two border crossings with Belarus on the night of November 17. The Bobrovniki-Berestowitsa and Kuznica Białostocska-Brużg crossings opened at midnight.
The Bobrovniki border crossing has been out of operation since February 2023, and the Kuznica Białostocska crossing has been closed since November 2021.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who announced plans to open two additional crossings on the border with Belarus a few days ago, stated that this decision was made in the interests of border residents.
