We hope that Armenia and Azerbaijan will finally sign the peace agreement. Kavelashvili
Georgia consistently supports the process of establishing peace and stability in the South Caucasus and is ready to continue to make its contribution if necessary. Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili stated this during a meeting with Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
“We hope that in the near future Armenia and Azerbaijan will finally sign a peace agreement, which will raise the dynamics of positive development of the South Caucasus and the attractiveness of the region to a qualitatively new level. Georgia consistently supports the process of establishing peace and stability in the South Caucasus and is ready to continue to make its contribution if necessary,” Kavelashvili stated.
The Georgian President thanked Mirzoyan for his support of Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, noting that Georgia unconditionally supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia.
