Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa announced that the government intends to hold Bashar al-Assad accountable for crimes against the people.
“Russia has participated in the war against the Syrians in one way or another, so the issue of extradition of the actors, including Assad, was discussed in negotiations with Moscow,” he said.
According to Shaaraa, a special justice commission has been created to ensure the punishment of all those guilty.
