In Washington, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Secretary of Commerce, and the US Special Representative for South and Central Asia.
The parties discussed the main aspects of bilateral and regional cooperation, as well as economic interaction and measures to promote employment and industrial development.
Tokayev confirmed Kazakhstan’s readiness for multilateral cooperation. It is noted that Kazakhstan and the United States also signed a memorandum of cooperation on key minerals.
