China has suspended tariffs imposed in retaliation for U.S. agricultural imports, China's Ministry of Finance said in a statement.
The tariffs will apply to all tariffs imposed by China on soybeans, corn, wheat, sorghum, chicken, and other agricultural products on March 4. The order will take effect on November 10.
Earlier, Trump stated that several significant decisions were made during his meeting with Xi Jinping, including tariff reductions and agreements on rare earth supplies.
