This is my seventh visit to the liberated region of Karabakh, and all my impressions are positive. This was stated by Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Evdokimov, who is currently in Zangelan on a diplomatic visit with the diplomatic corps.
“I have been in sunny Azerbaijan for the third year already. This is my seventh visit to the liberated region of Karabakh. All my impressions are exceptionally positive,” he noted.
