Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Russia struck the Slavyansk thermal power plant (TPP) on the evening of October 30, killing two people.
“This is terrorism. Normal people don’t fight like this. The world must respond appropriately,” Zelensky said, adding that Ukraine is counting on the support of the European Commission.
