Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that representatives of Ukraine and European states will meet later this week to discuss the details of the ceasefire plan.
“This is not a plan to end the war. First, we need a ceasefire. This is a plan to start diplomatic steps. Our advisers will meet in the coming days; we have agreed on Friday or Saturday. They will discuss the details of this plan,” Zelensky told reporters.
