Russian President's Special Representative Kirill Dmitriev brought chocolates with a picture and quotes from Russian President Vladimir Putin to the United States as a gift within the framework of the Russian-American dialogue, RIA Novosti reports.
"Dmitriev posted a photo of the candy packaging on his Telegram channel. According to open sources, the candy packaging inside the box contains quotes from the Russian president," the website writes.
