J.D. Vance, after a bilateral meeting with Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem, expressed confidence that significant progress toward peace in Gaza was possible.
"I think we can do great things here. It will not be easy. I know some are against this proposal, but I think we have an opportunity to do something truly historic. That is why we will continue to work in this direction with all our friends in the Israeli government," the US vice president said.
