Problems with access to Telegram and WhatsApp continue for the third day in a row in many regions of Russia.
According to Downdetector, outages are recorded in at least 20 regions, from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Siberia and the south of the country.
Roskomnadzor confirmed that it is partially restricting the work of messengers to counter criminals.
Representatives of the agency claimed that the platforms and foreign services are used for extortion, fraud, and to involve citizens in extremist activities.
