Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated in Baku, during a joint briefing with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, that peace with Armenia is already a fait accompli.
“After August 8, we see the positive results of the process. As the President noted in Washington, for us, peace is already a fait accompli. What is happening is its confirmation,” Bayramov stated.
He reiterated that the Minsk Group will be dissolved in its entirety by December 1.
